Hi, I’m Joe — the baker behind RoJo’s Fresh Bakes.

After more than 10 years working in restaurant kitchens and food service, I decided to start my own small-batch bakery focused on quality, consistency, and real ingredients.

Every item is baked fresh in small batches and carefully prepared, labeled, and packaged. I believe great baking comes from simple recipes, attention to detail, and genuine care for every customer.

RoJo’s Fresh Bakes is proud to serve the Colorado Springs community with homemade cookies, breads, and cinnamon rolls made from scratch.
